Ice time
Pre star 1hr ice time (all group sessions includes)

Star 4- 1h30 minutes of ice time (30 minutes of group sessions and 60 mins free time)

Weekly
Thursdays from 6:35 - 7:20 pm at the Sturgeon Falls arena

Twice weekly for 45 min.
Sunday from 4:05 - 4:50 pm and Tuesday from 5:35 - 6:20 pm at the Verner Arena
